Senior Product Manager

Job Purpose

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of key product initiatives within the CloudEats platform ecosystem (e.g. Alfred, integrations, internal tools, data products).

This role owns one or more product domains end-to-end, from problem discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. The Senior Product Manager works closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Commercial, and Leadership teams to ensure product initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

The role includes managing 1–2 Product Managers or Associate Product Managers and helping establish strong product management practices across teams.

This position is designed as a growth pathway toward a future Head of Product role and therefore includes exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-domain alignment, and leadership responsibilities.

This position reports to the Director of Technology.

Main Duties

Product Strategic & Ownership

• Own product roadmap for assigned domains or functional areas
• Translate company objectives into clear product initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance
• Contribute to product strategy discussions with senior leadership
• Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term platform scalability

Product Discovery & Problem Structuring

• Work with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and Leadership to identify high-impact problems
• Conduct structured discovery to validate business problems and opportunities
• Translate business needs into clearly defined product requirements
• Ensure problems are well-scoped before engineering work begins

Product Delivery & Execution

• Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives
• Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Work closely with the Engineering and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Manage scope, dependencies, and risks throughout the development lifecycle
• Ensure product releases meet business expectations

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution
• Communicate roadmap updates, priorities, and trade-offs clearly
• Facilitate structured decision-making when priorities conflict

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Manage and mentor 1–2 Product Managers or Associate Product Managers
• Provide coaching on problem structuring, prioritization, and execution
• Support the development of consistent product documentation standards
• Help improve product management processes and frameworks
• Contribute to building scalable product management capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS, E-commerce, or platform-based ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring direct reports (PMs or APMs).
• Expert in defining product vision, building roadmaps, and translating complex business goals into actionable PRDs and user stories.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results, such as improved operational efficiency or GMV growth.
• Strong technical acumen (APIs, scalability) and a data-driven approach to decision-making and ROI assessment.
• Advanced communication skills with experience aligning Engineering, Operations, and Senior Leadership teams.
• A proactive mindset with the potential and ambition to evolve into a Head of Product role.
