Senior Test Analyst – Integration QA (Remote – Philippines)

CloudMarc is a specialist consultancy focused on Quality Engineering, Cloud, and Digital Transformation across Australia and the APAC region. With a strong delivery footprint across enterprise programs, we’re now hiring offshore resources to support integration-heavy projects for tier-1 clients.

We are currently seeking a hands-on Integration QA based in the Philippines to join a high-performing test team delivering on API-led integration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own integration testing activities across multi-system environments
• Validate workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic
• Conduct end-to-end API testing (REST/SOAP)
• Work closely with onshore QA, BA, and integration teams
• Identify and report defects with clear root cause details
• Test across platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or similar integration tools
• Document results and support go-live readiness

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on Integration QA experience
• Solid understanding of API testing, error codes, payload validation (JSON/XML)
• Experience working with Workato (preferred) or MuleSoft / Boomi / Logic Apps
• Strong foundation in manual testing fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote delivery teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in integration-heavy enterprise projects
• Automation exposure (e.g., Postman + Newman or similar)
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
