Salesforce Senior Test Analyst

Remote | 6-Month Contract | Start Date: 23rd March

CloudMarc is a technology consultancy specialising in cloud solutions, development, and quality engineering, partnering with leading enterprise organisations across Australia and globally.

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Test Analyst to support a Salesforce delivery program on a 6-month contract engagement starting in March.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality functional and system testing across Salesforce implementations within an Agile delivery environment.

The Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing testing across Salesforce functionality, ensuring high-quality releases through disciplined test execution, strong defect management, and proactive risk identification.

You will work closely with delivery teams to align testing activities with Agile sprint cycles and

Definition of Done.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and system testing across Salesforce implementations
• Design and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data from user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform sprint-based testing aligned with Agile delivery cycles
• Ensure consistent, repeatable, and auditable test outcomes
• Manage defect logging, prioritisation, and re-testing
• Support root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Validate data integrity, security, access controls, and usability
• Provide clear testing progress updates and reporting
• Proactively identify risks early to avoid sprint blockers

Required Experience

• 3+ years experience testing Salesforce implementations
• Strong experience with functional and system testing
• Strong test design capability
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Solid defect management and issue tracking skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and strong testing discipline

Contract Details

Start Date: 23rd March (preferred)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Security Requirement: Successful candidates must provide a clear international police check (e.g. Fit2Work check) to access client systems.
