Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Web Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers to build, maintain, and improve web applications and generate lead pages gaining hands-on experience across the full stack. You will contribute to both front-end interfaces and some basic Node JS scripts and systems like GHL and Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express (or similar frameworks).
• Collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement new features and improvements.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following team standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with database queries and integrations (e.g. basic PostgreSQL).
• Contribute to sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and industry best practices
  
  

Essential

Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Practical experience with Node.js for server-side development
• Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
• Basic knowledge of version control with Git
• Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (React or Vue)
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Experience with testing frameworks
• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time communication
• Some very basic understanding of data privacy and potential risks from AI tools.
