 QA Engineer

Job description:

● Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress and other relevant tools;

● Analyze user requirements and collaborate with developers and product owners to create comprehensive test cases;

● Perform manual testing when required, ensuring all aspects of the product are covered;

● Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug tracking tools;

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

● Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and perform regression testing.

● Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices using tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab;

● Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives;

● Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies;

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer, with a strong background in Automation testing;

● Good knowledge of technologies and platforms like Java, Python, JavaScript and AWS;

● Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing;

● Familiarity with modern web/cloud-based technology stack and tools, such as Spring (Boot) Framework, Docker, Kubernetes, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, MySQL/Postgres;

● Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira and Confluence;

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
