Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a balanced focus on both Automation and Manual Testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our end-to-end E-commerce systems. The role involves designing test cases, developing automation scripts, executing test plans, identifying defects, and continuously improving testing processes. The ideal candidate has strong QA methodology knowledge, hands-on experience with modern automation tools, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities:

Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
Responsible for software quality of E2E systems for whole E-commerce system.
Design and create test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
Work closely with developers to design test criteria and develop automated tests.
Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
Perform both Manual and Automation testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing.
Find software bugs through manual testing, automated scripting, and report investigation.
Minimize the number of bugs in software through various prevention and detection techniques.
Responsible for continuous improvement for existing and new testing processes.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate testing activities, and perform thorough regression testing.
Mentor junior SDE-Test individuals

Requirements:

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or a related field, or proof of exceptional skills with practical software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience in Software Testing with Automation Tools such as: WebdriverIO (Appium), Playwright, Newman (Postman), and JavaScript/Typescript.
Proven experience in working in all phases of QA and project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, frameworks, tools and processes.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in multi-cultural team with people from various backgrounds.
Good logic and experience in APIs and Backends testing with ability to drive and design test scenarios.
Good knowledge of Database with SQL and scripting is a plus.
Good understanding of system and software architecture and knowledge of E-Commerce systems.
Excellent communication skills and very detail-oriented.
