KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and execute automated regression test suites.

• Work in Agile Scrum teams to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.

• Identify, log, and track defects; support defect resolution throughout the lifecycle.

• Estimate testing efforts and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

• Prepare test reports and contribute to release quality assurance.

• Participate in team discussions, share knowledge, and support team members when needed.

• Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

• Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.

• Good understanding of testing concepts: functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing.

• Experience in automation testing (UI/API), preferably with tools/frameworks such as:

Selenium WebDriver
BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)

• Basic to good knowledge of SQL.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiar with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray).

• Experience with tools like SoapUI, JMeter is a plus.

• Experience with TOSCA or similar automation tools is a plus (not mandatory).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
