Job Purpose

Accountable for the dedicated Program Management focused on successfully managing large scale, cross functional Strategic Projects or Programs through CNH GPD and strategic initiatives of Crop Production and H&F Platform by driving a cross-functional project team. Execution and delivery of the programs with objective of building products which enhance market share and customer satisfaction. Accountable for execution of program objectives: Time, Cost, Quality. Implements process improvements and enhancements.

Also, accountable for the execution and delivery of the activities related to current products to address current product needs to enhance customer satisfaction within CPM guidelines and strategic initiatives of H&F and CP Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the execution and delivery of Large Scale Multi Year Projects, with Multiple work Streams & Phases; accountable for execution of program objectives: Time, Cost & Quality
• The Program Manager is responsible for the overall strategic development for new & Current Product Management of H&F and CP product lines.
• Develop and monitor execution plans for the entire program
• Responsible to collect, prioritize and provide time bound solutions to current product issues
• Focuses on Quality driven changes like Q&R profiles, Q&R Performance Issues, Unexpected events (supplier issues, manufacturing issues, deviation management…) and responds quickly to resolution and implementation.
• Understand and prioritizes the Product Marketing requested Improvements like Performance improvements (FFU), New options (CPI) and MY Changes (CPI) and delivers to meet customer/ market demands.
• Drives and executes Cost reduction / Supplier related, Design cost reduction projects & Make/Buy studies to make the current product cost competitive in market.
• Lead the CPM/CPI meetings and conflict resolution as needed
• Leading cross functional activities initiating, planning, and executing projects through the Project Management Lifecycle; ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Responsible to manage communication with head of departments, manage meetings, and give feedback on progress.
• Drive consistent communication across cross-functional operations to meet aligned program objectives
• Proactively identify, mitigate risk, elaborate action plans and follow up the execution.
• Lead program meetings and conflict resolution as needed
• Provide visibility to issues as they arise; escalate as needed
• Prepare communication materials and formal presentations as needed
• Defining and managing project budget, scope, schedule/timeline; held accountable for project deliverables.
• Put up to global team for program approval in order to get approval for developing and launching product.
• Monitor progress of project design; Coordinate with all departments to integrate solutions and preparedness for launch;
• Secure adherence to Project Management Standards, Training, Process, Procedures and Tools.
• Cost tracking for projects to ensure the cost targets achievement. Create the cost reduction actions and monitor implementation.
  
  

Experience Required

8 to 15 years of experience in Program Management roles having worked in a cross functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Electronic)

Master Business Administration (MBA), PMP
