Back End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer – CRM Integration to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems with deep integration into CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API integrations, and CRM customization. This role requires hands-on ownership of backend services, data synchronization pipelines, and production-grade integrations across enterprise systems.

We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement integrations with CRM platforms using REST / SOAP APIs.
• Develop bi-directional data synchronization pipelines between internal platforms and CRM systems.
• Build webhook listeners, background schedulers, and event-driven services.
• Handle CRM customization including workflows, triggers, automation rules, and custom objects.
• Optimize API integrations for performance including rate limiting, retries, batching, and bulk APIs.
• Design and manage database schemas while ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams for requirement gathering and execution.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable backend architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with at least one CRM platform: Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Zoho CRM.
• Hands-on experience in CRM customization, not limited to integrations only.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.
• Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and ownership mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with testing tools like JUnit, Mockito, WireMock.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scalable system design principles.
