Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for building scalable web applications, working across the stack, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data teams.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations.
Good understanding of database systems (SQL / NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good To Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AI/ML-based product environments.
Experience in building scalable SaaS products.

Eligibility Criteria

3-5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
Must be from Tier-1 institutes (IITs / NITs / BITS).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
