Pytest Engineer

We are looking for a skilled PyTest Engineer | Pune having 4+years of experience with strong expertise in Python-based test automation and API testing. The ideal candidate should have experience working in cloud-native environments, particularly on Azure, along with a solid understanding of DevOps and quality engineering practices.

product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and

Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI

areas.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in test automation using PyTest (Python)
• Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman/Newman (REST APIs)
• Experience working with Azure cloud-native systems, including:
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• Azure Functions
• EventHub / EventGrid
• Experience with ADLS / Databricks
• Exposure to observability & monitoring tools
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps quality gates

🌟 Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic experience in performance testing (JMeter / Gatling)
• Understanding of security testing concepts

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust automated test frameworks using PyTest
• Perform API testing and validation using Postman/Newman
• Validate cloud-based applications and data pipelines on Azure
• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Monitor, debug, and improve test coverage and system reliability
