product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and

others. We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data

Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI

areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Sitecore-based digital platforms
• Drive Headless Sitecore implementations (JSS / SXA Headless)
• Define and implement scalable, high-performance Sitecore architecture
• Collaborate with business, UX, and frontend teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Mentor and guide developers; conduct code reviews
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical estimations
• Handle deployment, DevOps coordination, and environment strategy

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Sitecore CMS
• Proven experience in Headless Sitecore implementation
• Deep understanding of Sitecore architecture and solution design
• Experience as a Technical Lead managing development teams
• Expertise in .NET / C# ecosystem
• Experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA, or XM Cloud (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and performance tuning

Good-to-Have

• Azure cloud deployment experience
• DevOps CI/CD exposure
• Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
