Role : Solution Architect – Microsoft / Azure

Experience :  8 - 12 years

Job Location :  Bangalore

Notice Period Required : Immediate Joinee to Serving Notice

Responsibilities:

• Design and define solution architecture for migrating from Avaya to Amazon Connect.
• Architect integrations with Microsoft/Azure services, mobile applications, case management systems, and APIs.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the overall solution.
• Provide technical guidance to development and integration teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies and Azure Architecture.
• Experience designing solutions involving contact centre platforms (Avaya experience is an added advantage).
• Solid understanding of API-driven integrations, cloud-native architectures, and omnichannel communication systems.
• Experience in similar migration or modernization projects is highly preferred.
