Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership to build scalable, reliable and performant code that complies with best coding guidelines.
Influence how we build individual features and products, and bring in best practices and patterns that can be used for engineering lifecycle.
Will be driving architecture and design discussions and will be responsible to run and maintain good infrastructure.
Collaborate actively with your peers, across teams, keeping the organisation goals in mind.
Stay up to date with latest technology practices in web development
Ensure complete and proper documentation of the product features and releases.

Requirements:

You have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering and have experience to work with production scale web applications.
You have experience writing production code in any backend language, preferably Ruby On Rails.
You have experience writing production code in any frontend framework, preferably Angular
You are comfortable working full-stack, and are excited about diving into the frontend, backend or infra as needed.
You have a go-getter attitude with insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn and grow everyday.
You are AI savvy and update yourself with the changing developer landscape.
Brownie points, If you have a good understanding of web servers, code deployment and devops.
