Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technology Architect with expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning and Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 13 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting leveraging Kinaxis tools to drive operational excellence. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape innovative solutions while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced Kinaxis-based solutions for supply planning inventory optimization and sales and operations planning to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Utilize Generative AI to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline demand planning processes.
Develop and optimize Kinaxis Demand Planning workflows to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals to guide teams in leveraging the platforms capabilities effectively.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making in demand planning and forecasting.
Ensure the alignment of Kinaxis solutions with organizational goals focusing on improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to maintain the reliability and scalability of Kinaxis tools.
Offer training and mentorship to team members on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine manufacturing capacity planning processes ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Develop documentation and technical guides to support ongoing system maintenance and user adoption.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance supply chain operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while implementing technical solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Demand Planning Inventory Optimization and Sales & Operations Planning.
Demonstrate proficiency in Generative AI applications for forecasting and operational improvements.
Have a solid understanding of demand planning and forecasting methodologies with hands-on experience in relevant domains.
Nice to have experience in manufacturing capacity planning to complement demand planning expertise.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data for actionable insights.
Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Display a proven track record of implementing scalable technical solutions in a hybrid work environment.
