Senior Blockchain Engineer, Payments and Wallet

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join the Payments & Wallet team (also known as PAW 🐾). We are looking for an expert on blockchain technologies to develop and evolve our DApps. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with rest of Coinhako systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and development of advanced smart contracts across various blockchain platforms. Ensure these contracts are optimized for performance, secure, and adhere to the highest industry best practices;
• Manage and maintain custody solutions for digital assets. Ensure the highest level of security and compliance in handling and storing digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital records;
• Research, analyze and conduct in-depth study on new opportunities in the blockchain ecosystem;
• Collaborate with other teams to develop APIs that enable seamless interaction with blockchain data and functionalities;
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Have 5+ years of building software systems, including decentralized applications for blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc;
• Strong background in Go, Ruby on Rails and Solidity;
• Comfortable with ambiguity and scoping solutions with your teammates;
• You’re organized, proactive and can be your own manager;
• Knowledge of cryptography and security principles in blockchain is a plus.
