We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Testing Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual & automation testing methodologies, test case design, defect tracking, and quality assurance best practices. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business requirements, specifications, and technical documents.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.

• Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, exploratory.

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during the development lifecycle.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality metrics are met.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test cases for completeness and accuracy.

• Provide input on improving testing processes and tools.

• Support UAT and provide feedback based on end-user perspectives.

• Manage End to End ecosystem testing.
