IT Systems Administrator

Profile: System & Network Admin / Sr. Engineer/ Sys Admin Profile with great desktop skills ( hardware, software, networking and mail support)plus skills to handle server level problems and network security related issues.

Summary

You would be responsible for ITIL Based Service Delivery inclusive of Networks, Servers, Email, Backup, Secuirty administration and Management.

Will be closely working with IT Management tools used by SME and PSU to centrally manage deployed IT resources

Will be expected to communicate directly with Sr management at Client end.

Location : South Delhi

Job Profile:

ITIL Based Service Delivery

Server administration and management

Networking management, monitoring, working with hypervisor, VMs etc.

Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Firewall applications

Email security / network security applications

LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design

Desktop trouble shooting

Expected to interact with Sr. Management – mature, professional , sensible and proactive attitude

Will attend to server, mail , networking, desktop etc.related calls

Constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources

Joining asap.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Educational Qualification: (BSc, BTech, 3 yrs Diploma)

2. Desktop Knowledge: (Outlook Fundamentals, OS related issue )

3  Server Knowledge Server- 2016, 2019, 2021, OS, AD, DHCP, DNS, HyperV or VMware

4  M O365 admin, G-suite, Teams, VC fundamentals

5. Knowledge of Any UTM/Firewall (Sonicwall, Sophos, Fortinet) 

6. Should have worked with Backup Solutions

7. Should have worked with Anti Virus, patches

8. training /Knowledge of CCNA or Microsoft. certification is preferable

9 Communication Skill Excellent and Speak with foreign Clients  

10. Work Experience 3 -6 years in the desired role

CCNA training mandatory— Ideal would be a certification in CCNA

SALARY: starting at 4 LPA or better

Candidate Profile:

1. Relevant working experience for 3-6 yrs
2. Knowledge and hands on experience on Server   hardware fundamentals ( Raid and installation ), Windows Server,  Active Directory, Group Policy, Hypervisor 
3.  Basic Knowledge of Networking should have worked with on Router, Switch, UTM ( Fortinet, Sophos or any other UTM )
4. Good hands on experience/ knowledge on Desktop Fundamentals , Outlook, O365, GSuite
5. English Communication Spoken/ written    should be good
6. CCNA Training essential- certification preferred
7. Ideally prefer permanent residents of Delhi – else should be staying in South/ Central Delhi or at close distance to the Yellow Metro line
