About the Role We are seeking an XML API Specialist/Support to join our technical team. This role requires strong expertise in XML schema–driven integrations and the ability to troubleshoot complex partner flows across multiple endpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Work with XML schema–driven integrations, ensuring compliance with versioned XML specifications (elements, required fields, enumerations, validation rules).
• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end transaction flows across multiple XML endpoints (Quote → PO Submission → PO Status → Invoice).
• Handle PO submission nuances, including required vs. optional nodes, line‑level validation, and common rejection reasons (e.g., missing ship‑to, invalid SKU, pricing mismatches).
• Interpret PO status codes and lifecycle states, ensuring partners can automate and maintain customer visibility.
• Validate invoice XML expectations, ensuring accurate mapping back to POs and resolving mismatches (PO number, line references, quantities).

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of XML schema and integrations.
• Experience tracing and troubleshooting XML transaction flows.
• Familiarity with purchase order submissions, lifecycle states, and invoice mapping.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
