💼 Responsibilities

Testing and Validation: Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product functionality, performance, and stability
Test Case Design: Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Bug Reporting & Tracking: Log and track bugs using issue tracking tools; collaborate with developers for timely fixes
Automation: Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python/Java
Regression & UAT: Perform regression, performance, and user acceptance testing for every release
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure product quality throughout the development cycle
🚀 Feedback Loop: Continuously analyze QA processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
Proficiency in automation testing using Selenium
Strong command over Python or Java for writing test scripts
Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Understanding of QA principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a technical degree program
Passion for learning and enthusiasm for working in a high-growth startup
