Role Overview

Coupang Taiwan is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Affiliate Marketing Operations. In this role, you will work within the Growth Analytics team to enable marketing campaigns across various affiliate channels. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to build performance reporting and data feeds, while analyzing user behavior to support campaign operations and "wow" our customers! Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers to develop marketing products and tracking features, with the opportunity to contribute to building data models and improving our data pipelines.

What You Will Do

Process audience-building requests by leveraging working knowledge of SQL and Python. Write SQL queries to segment customers for campaigns and marketing data feeds.
Work closely with stakeholders to deep-dive into data issues and provide clear and actionable plans by analyzing data and insights.
Maintain a high bar for quality and accuracy. Provide clear documentation of work and code.
Work on defining the Marketing Metric, building and maintaining Marketing dashboards. Continuously track marketing campaign results.
Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Marketing Tech team to guide product development by sharing actionable insights from our existing reports.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to validate data
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English to share analysis results clearly and concisely
Identify key drivers of performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders through the application of data analytics, scripting and programming skills (Python, SQL) as well as any relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Experience in Retail/E-commerce industries, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or CRM functions
Experience in data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data engineering principles
Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages for advanced data manipulation
Experience working in a global or multinational team environment
Experience collaborating with the engineering team to develop products.
Experienced in building machine learning models to enable precision marketing and improve audience targeting accuracy.
