About Credgenics:

Credgenics is India’s first of its kind NPA resolution platform backed by credible investors including Accel Partners and Titan Capital. We work with financial institutions, Banks, NBFCs & Digital lending firms to improve the efficiency of their collection using technology, automation intelligence and optimal legal routes to facilitate the resolution of stressed assets.

With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS-based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

We count most of India's lending majors as our clients such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, etc and have been able to grow 100% MoM consistently even among the pandemic.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain robust backend applications and microservices.
Develop scalable and secure APIs that power our core platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for high-performance releases.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

2+ years of backend development experience
Proficiency in Python , Django , Flask and Fast API
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and application lifecycle management.
Strong command over SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with message queues such as Kafka is a plus.
Familiarity with application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
