Senior User Experience Designer (UED) – Cybersecurity Platform

The Senior UX Designer plays a strategic and hands-on role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and effective digital experiences across ViXa Identity-First Platform’s global ecosystem. The User Experience Designer (UXD) is responsible for creating leading edge, goal-directed design solutions for Cybersecurity Platforms, including the design of responsive web applications, mobile applications, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript content pages. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with partners across Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, marketing and business Stakeholders teams, drives UX strategy, contributes to the design system, and elevates design quality through thoughtful execution, research-informed decisions, and cross-functional influence.

Accountabilities & Essential Functions

• Deliver on project requirements by researching, designing, prototyping, and testing design solutions for an ecommerce platform
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and written documentation to communicate interface elements and interactions
• Provide elegant solutions to design problems that balance user goals with business requirements and technical limitations
• Work with cross-functional team members to promote designs that are both technically feasible and resource economical
• Analyse and leverage user research, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings to tailor interfaces to meet specific needs and objectives
• Read, analyse, and understand documents that provide information used in the course of projects (requirements, surveys, reports, etc.)
• Lead UX strategy and define design approaches for complex digital initiatives.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions that elevate digital experiences.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring adherence to WCAG standards and best practices.
• Drive contributions to the Ost Infinity Design System including patterns, components, and usage guidance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, content, and brand partners.
• Translate business goals, analytics insights, and user needs into clear UX recommendations.
• Guide stakeholders toward user-centred decisions through storytelling and structured rationale.
• Participate in and support all phases of the UX lifecycle.
• Maintain strong quality standards mobile-first design, consistency, detail, and craft.
• Stay current with UX methodologies, tools such as AI generated UX, trends, and emerging best practices.
• Manage time and schedule in order to meet, and exceed commitment to project delivery
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in goal-directed design and usability principles

Skills & Certifications

• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing
• Strong organizational skills: ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline deliverables
• Proficient with UX software like Axure and Sketch
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Highly effective teamwork and interpersonal skills with wide target audiences
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is MUST
• Designing and running product definition and UX requirements workshops
• Scoping and managing a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research
• Analysing research data to identify and generate meaningful insights and behavioural patterns
• Using design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas for new experiences, propositions, products and services, then help bring together the thinking around feasible, and viable solutions
• Creating design artefacts – e.g., personas, journey maps, storyboards, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc

Must have skills

• Prior UX design experience creating digital experiences.
• Expertise with Figma and modern prototyping and research tools.
• Deep knowledge of UX strategy, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Strong communicator able to simplify complexity and influence at all levels.
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Working condition must have

• Start ASAP: Must be able to join team immediately.
• Working Location: Remote but MUST working as per Vietnam/Thai time zone (Indochina time zone).
• Work permit: Must hold right to live and work in the country applying from.
• 1,000 – 1,500 US dollar monthly – depending on hands on experience especially in cybersecurity industry.
