Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support medical device product reliability, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the full product lifecycle.

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Industry: Medical Devices / Regulated Hardware

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Key Focus Areas:

✅ Reliability Engineering, MTTF/MTBF, mission profiles

✅ HALT / HASS / ALT testing

✅ Weibull, lognormal, exponential reliability modeling

✅ DFMEA / PFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, ISO 14971

✅ Minitab or JMP required

✅ ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR/IVDR, IEC 60601

✅ Root cause analysis, CAPA, complaint trends, post-market reliability

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regulated hardware or medical device environments, with the ability to partner cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supplier teams.
