Job Title: Backend Java Developer Experience Level: 5-7years Location: Bangalore

Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA Mode of Work: Hybrid

We are looking for a strong Backend Java Engineer with hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high‑performance backend systems. You will work with Java, REST APIs, and Microservices to build core components.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Build clean, scalable, and well-documented REST APIs.
Optimize service performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Integrate with internal and external systems leveraging REST and messaging systems
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams.
Implement automated tests (unit, integration, contract testing).
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes.

Requirements

4–6 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+.
Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data.
Deep understanding of REST API design, JSON, API versioning, error-handling patterns.
Hands‑on experience with Microservices architecture
Experience with Docker, Git, and basic CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus.
Experience with cloud platform is an advantage.
Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and performance tuning skills.
