Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Enhance, maintain, and ensure the operability of Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDIs)
Develop and build automated capabilities to facilitate VDI compliance and business needs
Independently handle application feature development, writing well-designed and testable code according to the Product Backlog
Continuously improve application usability and operational efficiency
Work closely and communicate effectively with team members, internal users, partners, and external suppliers and vendors to shape solutions for features on the Product Backlog

Requirements

Proven 4-5 years of experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations and/or software development
Proficient in JavaScript, Shell scripting, Windows Server, GIT, and SQL within an enterprise operational environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Design Patterns
Strong understanding in network (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, etc), security and operating systems (PowerShell, Linux administrative CLI, etc)
Proficient in VDI concepts and platforms, with experience in AWS Workspace, VMware Horizon, Huawei Workspace or equivalent
Experience with Typescript, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Containerization
