Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution
- Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements
- Automate operational tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Monitor system performance and health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
- Participate in duty support rotations, including on‑call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Murex, including modules such as e‑Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues efficiently
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, SQL, and automation tools
