Associate, Digital Service Delivery Specialist - Quality Assurance (Test Automation), Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities:
- Review requirements from the Product Owner to understand the project objectives and scope
- Create comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of the digital service delivery
- Develop and execute test cases, including the use of jBehave for behavior-driven development
- Script test cases for automation and run them using appropriate automation tools
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the digital services
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and the business team to address defects and ensure timely testing
- Ensure that testing is completed within the defined timelines and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation and quality assurance
- Proficient in using test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, jBehave, or similar
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
