AVP, Big Data Analyst, Data Chapter

Role overview:
We are seeking a big data analyst with 8+ years of experience to solve data issues and
manage the CI/CD process. In this role, you will be a high-level individual contributor
responsible for architecting scalable pipelines and solving complex data challenges within a
high regulated environment. The ideal candidate is a master of Python, Pyspark, SQL and
etc.
Responsibilities
Manage applications as major support on IBG, CBG and Data systems
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to stakeholders and other team members
Deliver projects, design and propose solutions for the development of new
functionalities, enhancement and maintenance of the Data services used within the
business line
Work with global/local stakeholders and partners to keep everything from people
Diagnose and resolve deep-seated data issues, reconciliation gaps.
Interpretation of large and complex data sets to uncover insights and trends that can
inform decision-making
Analyze business requirements, document processes, and develop specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and
implementation of solutions
Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to the data and services
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and
reliability
Conduct MIS reports of digital landscapes and transactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Big Data Analyst or in a similar role

• Expertise in managing and analyzing large, complex data sets using a variety of
  tools and techniques, including Python, SQL, R, Tableau.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex
  business requirements
  Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping,
  data modeling, and requirements gathering
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
  stakeholders at all levels
  Familiarity with financial services industry and banking operations is preferred
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  Expert in JIRA and Tableau is a plus
