Your Work Profile

As a Senior Consultant – AI Engineer (Agentic AI) in our T&T Team, you will work with clients to deliver functional, scalable AI solutions and lead projects that integrate agentic AI into real-world business workflows.

Key Expectations:

Senior Consultant level
Location: Bengaluru (3 days on-site)
Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions (GenAI, RAG, chunking strategies)
Hands-on experience with functional AI tools and prompt engineering
Strong understanding of AI product delivery, business analysis (BA), and project management (PM)

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions, including GenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and chunking strategies
Design and implement semantic caching, evaluation techniques (e.g., RAGA), OCR integration, and headless-browser automation
Develop and orchestrate functional AI tool APIs and AI agents (both code-first and no-code) that interact with external environments
Conduct requirements workshops, translate business analyst inputs into AI use-cases, and produce prompt-engineering artefacts
Review code and assess technical feasibility, though not a pure development role

Required Expertise

Strong background in AI product delivery (~80% AI & 20% BA) and (~60% AI & 40% PM)
Proven experience with RAG, chunking, agentic frameworks (ADK, Open-CL-OT), and AI-enabled OCR/headless-browser automation
Ability to evaluate and articulate why chosen approaches (chunking types, semantic caching, etc.) are superior
Demonstrated portfolio of GitHub projects or experimental AI work
Familiarity with AI project management in Agile environments

Additional Expectations

Ability to read and synthesize research papers, particularly in banking-technology domains
Comfortable conducting BA-style requirement gathering and creating business use-cases for AI agents
