Work you’ll do:

• As a consultant within ICDC team, you are part of a tech team who will do the tech customization, cloud integration.
• You will put future-forward thinking into projects that push the edges of technology to support the change of our clients. You will establish and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
• You will create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test strategy, test plans and test cases;
• Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios;
• Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system;
• Perform manual testing on various applications and systems to identify issues and ensure they meet the specified requirements;
• Produce reports and documentation on test cases and test results;
• Familiar with manual testing frameworks and ability to execute testing based on frameworks being used;
• Support and perform all testing stages including SIT, UAT, Regression test, Smoke test, Sanity test, Performance test and Compatibility test
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using appropriate bug tracking tools;
• Set up, plan and execute Continuous Integration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA, Manual Tester or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA principles
• Experience in automation testing tools is a plus, i.e. Katalon, Selenium
• Experience in performance test is a plus, i.e. LoadRunner
• Mobile testing tools for Android, iOS, and cross-platform ones
• API testing tools that require strong coding skills to create tests: REST Assured, RestSharp, jMeter, etc.;
• Continuous Integration tools, i.e. Jenkins, Bit bucket, Github
• Experience in using defect tracking and task creation tool, i.e. JIRA
• Experience in e-commerce applications is a must;
• Work experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore model is a big plus;
• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred
• Demonstrated skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short term and long-term planning
• Demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing technical competence
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
