KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with the team across geography in developing and enhancing our iOS Mobile app.
Helping junior team members with their technical roadblocks and helping the team to succeed.
Though leadership and bringing in your experience and expertise to improve our product.
Collaborating with Product owners and Business stakeholders
Ensuring the code meets the industry standards and aware of Industry best practices.

Operations – We support what we build. As a part of the iOS development team, you will also be responsible to provide support as and when needed in case of production outages.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

7+ years of experience in Mobile technologies such as iOS, Swift, Objective C, XCUI, Swift UI.
Expertise in design patterns, working knowledge in cloud-native technologies is desired.
Excellent understanding of development practices across the Development/QA discipline is required.
Excellent knowledge of Software Development – Involves knowing the general approach to developing software including best practices, concepts, technology, and methodology obtained through formal training and / or work experience.
Test Driven Development
Quality forward development practices, with automation at forefront for continuous quality
High performing apps focused on a balance of data stored in app vs servers to interact for end consumers, and continuous focus on improvement of that
Secure apps that adhere to best practices for information security
Ability to lead and open to share ideas and best practices that you have gained through experience.
Good knowledge of Cloud Technology such as AWS/Azure
Experience of using AI productivity tools such as Codex, AmazonQ, etc.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):

Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
Has proven experience as a Tech Lead delivering iOS Apps.
At least worked on one iOS app from concept to Production.
Knowledge of Airlines Business
Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure (Azure preferred)
Strong communication skills and experience in presenting to leaders.
