Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong track record of building and executing product road maps from idea inception to go-live, followed by multiple iterations of enhancement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in vibe coding to rapidly build road map applications, portals, prototypes, and MVPs, along with a strong UI/UX sensibility to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Define, manage, and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with client/user needs, business objectives, and market trends.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous optimisation.
Drive product strategy and execution to deliver innovative AI/GenAI automation-based solutions.
Use vibe coding to rapidly build road map apps, portals, prototypes, and MVPs for early validation and stakeholder alignment.
Partner closely with UX/UI teams and contribute hands-on to interface design and usability improvements.
Gather, analyse, and translate business and user requirements into clear product direction and deliverables.
Create and maintain detailed BRDs and FRDs in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Engage actively with clients and user cohorts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and adapt to evolving needs.
Oversee cross-functional teams to prioritise features, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
Enhance user experience through continuous, data-driven product improvements.
Stay current with AI, ML, RPA, and GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks, applying them to drive innovation.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to support feature launches, go-to-market initiatives, and positioning on platforms such as G2 and Capterra.

Qualifications & Experience

3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B intelligent data, AI, GenAI, or automation products.
Proven experience delivering products from ideation to launch and scaling.
Hands-on exposure to building web and mobile product interfaces.
Experience using vibe coding or rapid prototyping approaches to accelerate product discovery and delivery.
Strong expertise in BRD/FRD creation and defining functional and technical requirements.
Demonstrated use of feature prioritisation frameworks focused on commercial and user impact.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid understanding of AI and GenAI tools, concepts, and frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (preferred).
