About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer cum Team Lead who can both build software solutions hands-on and consult clients on technical approaches, especially for projects involving AI integration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys not only coding and system implementation, but also discussing requirements, proposing solutions, and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team (2–3 members) to implement and integrate AI chatbot solutions into systems such as Real Estate (RE), Data Engineering (DE), and feature libraries.
Work directly with clients to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide consulting.
Collaborate with internal teams (Developers, Designers, PMs) to ensure smooth delivery.
Support Sales & Marketing by providing technical insights, solution proposals, and participating in client discussions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

~4 years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
Strong English communication skills, confident in discussing and proposing solutions with clients.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
Experience leading a small team (3–5 members) for at least 6–12 months.
Experience or knowledge in AI integration (chatbots, LLM, APIs, automation, etc.).
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Candidates should be comfortable with technologies relevant to DSV projects, such as:

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js, NestJS / ExpressJS
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Cloud / DevOps: AWS / GCP / Docker / CI-CD
AI / Integration: OpenAI API, LangChain, vector DB, chatbot integration, prompt workflows
