About Digital Assets

You will join a team working at the forefront of digital assets and blockchain. We design and operate systems that support tokenized assets, digital currencies, and secure custody services. This field evolves quickly and offers many opportunities for learning and innovation.

About The Role

As a Solution Architect Lead (m/f/x) , you guide the design, delivery, and evolution of end ‑ to ‑ end engineering solutions for our Digital Asset Custody products. You collaborate with engineering teams, business partners, and global stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable technology.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve cloud‑based, high‑availability microservice applications.
• Support the adoption of modern engineering practices, architecture principles, and agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with business partners across teams and geographies to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Provide Level‑3 technical support when needed.
  
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Experience with Blockchain technologies and decentralized systems, including:
• distributed ledger concepts, blockchain architecture, cryptographic principles
• awareness of common attack types and security considerations vulnerability assessment
• understanding of consistency models (CAP theorem), sharding
• familiarity with on‑chain and off‑chain governance structures
• Experience working with JVM‑based technologies (Spring, Kotlin, Java) and event‑based systems such as Kafka or JMS/pub‑sub.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on microservice architecture design, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and common protocols/formats (HTTPS, WebSockets, SOAP, JSON, XML), ideally on Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of security and compliance topics, including OAuth/OIDC, TLS, and relevant financial‑sector risk or regulatory considerations.
