We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our analytics initiatives across various business domains (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance). In this role, you will analyze domain-specific data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with Domain Analytics Leads and other stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data, as well as creating reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives. Experience in UI/UX design, data visualization, and storytelling, along with strong technical skills in reporting and dashboarding using Tableau, will be essential for success in this role.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
Collaborate with Domain Analytics Leads to understand analytics requirements and deliver reports that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings effectively.
Utilize UI/UX principles to enhance the usability and engagement of data presentations.
Craft compelling data stories that translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through meticulous data cleaning and validation processes.
Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.

Do you have experience in Retail and Analytics?

1+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven business roles, preferably within the relevant domain.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, with a focus on reporting and dashboard development.
Experience in UI/UX design principles to enhance data presentations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information through data storytelling to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
