Job Description

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) who is passionate about software quality and eager to learn modern testing practices.

In this role, you will work closely with Developers, Project Managers, and Senior QA Engineers to ensure product quality through both manual testing and test automation. You will participate in the testing lifecycle, execute test cases, report defects, and gradually build automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to grow their career in software testing, automation, and AI-assisted QA practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in software testing activities, including requirement analysis, test planning, and test execution
• Design and execute manual test cases and test scenarios to verify system functionality
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation test scripts
• Support API testing and integration testing when required
• Participate in test data preparation and testing environment setup
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Continuously learn and apply new testing tools, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted testing methods

Your skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing
• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and bug reporting
• Basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn automation and modern QA practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good English communication (written + verbal).
