Technical Architect/Technical Lead

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development or system architecture (Technical Architect / Tech Lead role)
• Strong programming experience in Java, .NET, Python
• Solid understanding of:
• Multithreading, concurrency, memory management, high CPU troubleshooting
• Experience designing systems that are:
• Highly available, scalable (horizontal & vertical), stateless
• Fault-tolerant with self-recovery mechanisms
• Experience with Async & Sync processing, error handling, and timeout mechanisms
• Experience with modern architectures:
• CI/CD, Microservices, Cloud-ready systems
• Hands-on experience with:
• ESB (WSO2, Apache Camel)
• Message Brokers, Kafka
• Web Application Servers, Caching systems
• BPMN 2.0
• Spring Framework (Boot, Streaming, Batch)
• Strong understanding of application security (OWASP standards), encryption, and secure design
• Experience with:
• Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift, Queue systems
• Public Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) are a plus

• Core Banking (especially T24) and system integrations
• Digital Banking (Retail & SME)
• Payment systems
• Open Banking
• eKYC
• SoftOTP
