Job Description

Tech Lead-Desktop Support-

VDI, Laptop and Desktop PC Configuration

Working Experience on VMware Horizon admin Dashboard for assigning the new machine

to the user addition, deletion and rebuild

Experience to upgrade RAM, CPU and Disk Size on Virtual desktop machine

Basic Knowledge of Citrix Gateway

Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS and DHCP

Installation of Operating systems and applications -

Remote Software installation & Configuration (SSCM)

Remote Support & 1st level Application Support

Antivirus Installation & Upgradation (Symantec, Crowdstrick Falcon Sensor)

Troubleshooting of Hardware Components Replacement & Upgradation.

MS-Outlook Configuration

Printer Configuration (Local & LAN Printers)

OS Migration and Security Patches Updating.

Mail Monitoring, Ticket Assigning.

Complaints and Escalation Handling.
