Primary Responsibilities:

● Set up organization-wide testing infrastructure and frameworks.

● Conduct mobile application testing using Appium for both Android & iOS.

● Perform native app automation testing with a focus on scalability and robustness.

● Develop reusable and maintainable automated test scripts.

● Execute functional and non-functional testing across mobile and web applications.

● Design, plan, and implement product QA processes.

● Document extensively and monitor test execution effectively.

Must-Have Experience:

● Hands-on experience in the US healthcare domain and data-driven products.

● Demonstrated proficiency with Cloud and SaaS-based services.

● Strong background in test automation frameworks for mobile and web applications.

Primary Qualifications:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficient in functional & non-functional testing for Android & iOS mobile

applications.

● Experience in writing automation test cases and frameworks.

● Familiarity with web app automation tools (Selenium) and mobile automation

tools (Appium).

● Understanding of API automation concepts, with knowledge of APIs and web

services.

● Proficiency in GitHub, JIRA, and source code repository management.

● Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java.

Secondary Qualifications:

● Experience in leading QA teams and designing QA test strategies.

● Strong understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).

● Working knowledge of Linux and SQL databases.

● Experience with healthcare applications and patient engagement solutions.

● Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and stay updated with QA best

practices and industry trends.

● Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic about continuous learning.

Required Skills:

● Minimum 8+ years of hands-on QA automation and development experience.

● Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Proficiency in developing automation frameworks and test tools.

● Ability to estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide mitigation plans.

● Experience with web-based application testing and integration testing across

systems.

● Ability to communicate issues effectively and escalate when required.
