Digital Division’s IT Group (ITG) supports the IT needs for DSO’s enterprise and R&D functions. ITG oversees the development and operations of core IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, and enterprise applications.
SAP Systems Administrator (Enterprise Applications)
In This Role, You Will
- Be part of the team that develops and maintains Enterprise Applications for DSO’s internal corporate and business functions
- Provide technical expertise to address user’s IT issues pertaining to the Enterprise Applications
- Responsible for managing and supporting functionalities based on industry standards, best practices, and service level agreements
- Review the current architectural landscape and implementation automation to improve the current ways of managing systems
- Support the onboard new applications into the Enterprise IT environment
- Ensure applications are deployed in compliance to organisation policies & guidelines
- Analyse and monitor systems utilisation and problems to implement corrective and preventive measures
- Lead the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP S/4HANA systems, including HANA database management
- Manage system copies, client refreshes, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health
- Oversee SAP transport management, kernel upgrades, and patch applications
- Implement and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP landscapes
- Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
- Support SAP migrations to newer platforms
- Ensure compliance with security standards, including user administration, role management, and audit readiness
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science & Engineering
- Over 5 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience, with at least 2 years in S/4HANA environments. Experience in SAP ECC environment is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HANA database administration, backup/recovery, and performance optimization
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and integration technologies (IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs)
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted SAP deployments and migration tools (SUM, DMO)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in critical situations
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage, e.g., HFI Certified Usability Analyst, CompTIA Data+, Certified Data Professional (CDP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified ScrumMaster, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, SAP professional certificates
