Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate leadership on India data domain for enterprise data across business firmographics, company financials, compliance data, and alternate data

Conceptualize new data products for India Market with keen eye on revenue potential, competition benchmarking and data partnerships

Lead initiatives on data quality management, tracking data quality KPIs and work with global teams for improvement measures

Lead a team of 3 - 4 data professionals and ensure team objectives, project tracking and deliverable management are done

Lead data processing and data ingestion projects for D&B’s Data Cloud as part of the global data operations

Contribute to data automation projects as part of the technical team to reduce all manual data processing tasks

Strong hands-on experience with Cloud, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, PySpark/Python and other data technologies.

Key Skills:

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in roles such as Data Operations Lead, Product Lead, or Data Engineering Lead.

BE/B.Tech, MBA, or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution

Strong business communication skills in English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Proven experience in India Market Data Operations within Data Startups, Business Information Companies, or Credit Rating Agencies.
