Role Summary:
We are looking for Middle/ Senior Front End Developers will be responsible for building and enhancing user facing components of digital banking platforms, ensuring usability, performance, and consistency across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend components for Internet / Mobile Banking systems
- Implement UI using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Develop frontend solutions using WebSquare Technology
- Ensure cross browser compatibility, responsive design, secure, and user friendly user interfaces
- Integrate frontend components with backend banking services
- Optimize frontend performance and usability
- Collaborate with backend developers and system integration teams
- Support testing and bug fixing during UAT and production phases (Senior Level)
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands on experience with WebSquare Technology
- At least 3 years of Front End development experience, preferably in banking
- Experience in digital banking or financial web applications is preferred
- Understanding of digital banking user flows and security considerations
- Understanding of UI/UX and web security principles
- Experience working with banking systems or financial applications is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- (Senior Level) Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and middle frontend developers
- Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environments
- Good problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), Korean is plus
