Frontend Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for Middle/ Senior Front End Developers will be responsible for building and enhancing user facing components of digital banking platforms, ensuring usability, performance, and consistency across channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend components for Internet / Mobile Banking systems
• Implement UI using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop frontend solutions using WebSquare Technology
• Ensure cross browser compatibility, responsive design, secure, and user friendly user interfaces
• Integrate frontend components with backend banking services
• Optimize frontend performance and usability
• Collaborate with backend developers and system integration teams
• Support testing and bug fixing during UAT and production phases (Senior Level)

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands on experience with WebSquare Technology
• At least 3 years of Front End development experience, preferably in banking
• Experience in digital banking or financial web applications is preferred
• Understanding of digital banking user flows and security considerations
• Understanding of UI/UX and web security principles
• Experience working with banking systems or financial applications is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• (Senior Level) Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and middle frontend developers
• Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environments
• Good problem solving and analytical thinking
• Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), Korean is plus
