What We're Looking For...

We are looking for motivated IT fresh graduates to join our team as Entry-Level Software Engineers. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of package-based software solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in coding, testing, and system configuration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of package-based software applications
• Write, modify, and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Support) in an Agile environment
• Perform basic testing, validation, and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and best practices
• Support system integration, configuration, and deployment activities
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and tasks
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing applications and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies
• Basic knowledge of coding, debugging, and software development concepts
