Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and practical experience using Claude Code in day-to-day engineering workflows. This role is ideal for someone who can build scalable, user-centric applications across the stack, contribute to system design, and work effectively in a modern engineering environment that values speed, quality, and AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance modern web applications with ReactJS as the primary frontend technology
Develop backend services and APIs using modern server-side technologies
Design and implement scalable solutions across frontend, backend, and cloud environments
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
Contribute to architecture discussions, coding standards, and system design decisions
Work on large-scale, distributed applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
Use Claude Code effectively to support development workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate delivery
Contribute to data-driven, cloud-native, and AI-enabled product capabilities where applicable

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS — must have
5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
5+ years of experience in full stack development
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Go, Scala, or C#
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, and user experience best practices
Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices-based systems
Good knowledge of SQL and application data modeling
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar deployment/container platforms
Experience working on large-scale distributed systems
Practical knowledge of system design principles
Must have hands-on experience using Claude Code in software development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML-enabled features, LLM-based workflows, or intelligent product integrations
Exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity workflows
Experience in data platforms, analytics-heavy applications, or highly scalable enterprise environments
Ability to demonstrate prior work through GitHub, portfolio projects, or technical demos
