Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer who understands Linux deeply and enjoys building infrastructure from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role. You will design, automate, optimize, and scale production systems. You should be comfortable debugging at the kernel level, writing clean automation scripts, and taking ownership of infrastructure decisions. If you enjoy solving hard system problems and hate repetitive manual work, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

Own and manage Linux-based production systems.
Build and maintain infrastructure automation (Ansible / Puppet / similar).
Deploy and operate distributed systems (Ceph or similar storage platforms).
Write automation and tooling in Bash and Python.
Debug performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, I/O, networking).
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Improve reliability, scalability, and system performance.
Automate everything that repeats more than once

Requirements

Strong Linux Fundamentals.
Comfortable with tools like strace, tcpdump, iostat, vmstat, perf, and lsof.
Deep understanding of: processes, memory, filesystems, networking and TCP/IP, system and service management.
