Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as Test Specialist - Credit Decision Engine.

In this role, you will drive the launch and continuous improvement of the Loan Origination Solutions system, ensuring automation of credit policies and loan approvals across Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Mortgage Loans. You will perform SIT and User Acceptance Testing for the implementation of Loan Origination Solutions (LOS) System and other related bank systems. Create and manage MIS/reports particular to the testing status, progress reports, data quality analytics and other testing and system-related MIS. You will work closely with business to perform follow-ups on issue resolutions and do re-testing as needed.

What The Role Will Entail

• Develop, modify, test, and debug source codes for software applications.
• Translate credit policies into workable system parameters.
• Prepare technical handbooks and documentation for design and source codes.
• Identify and resolve bugs to ensure smooth system operation.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Coordinate, design, deliver, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure robust implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and production releases.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology/ Business Management, administration, or Banking and Finance.
• Familiarity with the bank's end‑to‑end credit operations processes.
• Advance knowledge in MS Office particularly Excel
• Able to work with Python, SAS or other data analytics tools
• Familiarity with the Bank's Credit Operations Process is a plus
• Newly graduates are welcome to apply
