About the Role:

Eastvantage is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our core Data Analytics team in preparing accurate and timely reports across the organization. The role focuses on data management, reporting, and analysis to ensure stakeholders have the insights they need for decision-making.

The Senior Data Analyst position is ideal for someone with a strong command of Excel and SQL, attention to detail, and experience in handling global reporting environments and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for different business functions, including multi-geo reporting requirements.

· Manage data collection, validation, and organization from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.

· Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL to generate insights and support management decisions.

· Maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports and internal databases.

· Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and metrics.

· Take ownership of reporting frameworks and standardize reports across geographies.

· Drive automation of recurring reports and improve reporting processes.

· Use Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards and visualizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or database management.

· Proven experience in working with international stakeholders / multi-geo reporting setups.

· Proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts) and SQL for querying and managing data.

· Basic understanding of data pipeline development, ETL processes, or scripting (e.g., Python) is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of data quality principles.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate results within deadlines.

· Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is required.

· Exposure to Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or related tools) is a plus.
