Job Role: Java Developer

Job Location: Santacruz West

Role & Responsibilities

Design and implement Java design patterns and work with advanced data structures and algorithms to build scalable and high-performance applications.
Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Implement and monitor Spring Security to ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with financial regulations.
Design and build robust, reusable, and maintainable Object-Oriented software solutions.
Develop RESTful APIs and Java-based microservices for internal systems and external integrations.
Ensure high availability, performance, and responsiveness of applications supporting HFC business operations.
Work closely with product, credit, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to maintain code quality and system stability.
Follow best practices in software development, version control, and deployment processes.

Work Experience - 3+ Years experience

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of loan lifecycle systems, LOS/LMS, or financial workflows.
Experience in handling high-volume transactional systems.
Understanding of regulatory and data security requirements in financial institutions.
