Software Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can bridge business and technology as a Developer cum Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Python (backend) and Angular (frontend). The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, and full-stack development to deliver scalable, user-centric applications and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and system challenges.
• Document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.

2. Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions.
• Define APIs, data models, UI workflows, and system integrations.
• Contribute to architecture discussions involving Python backend and Angular frontend.

3. Full-Stack Development (Mandatory: Python & Angular)

• Develop backend services, APIs, automation scripts, and data workflows using Python.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Follow coding standards, perform unit testing, and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and enhancements.

4. Data Processing & Analytics

• Develop ETL pipelines and data processing workflows using Python.
• Work with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics requirements.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and UAT scenarios.
• Ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Support UAT and resolve issues efficiently.

6. Deployment & Support

• Assist with deployment, configuration, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-production support and continuous enhancements.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation initiatives and optimize existing processes.
• Stay updated with emerging tools and best practices in Python and Angular ecosystems.
